When Shania Twain rolled through North America a few years ago we thought that it would be her last tour. When the queen of Canadian country music released new music this spring and summer with promise of a new album to be released this fall fans across the globe were hopeful that she would tour again. This morning those hopes were confirmed as Shania Twain announced a massive North American tour with plenty of Canadian stops.
Shania Twain will begin her Shania NOW Tour on May 3 in Tacoma, Washington before stops in major cities across the United States and Canada, including two performances in Vancouver, Edmonton, London and Toronto, winding up in Las Vegas on August 4.
The tour will follow up the release of ‘NOW’, Twain’s fifth album overall and her first in 15 years, which is due to arrive on September 29 through Virgin EMI.
Tickets are on general sale at 10am on August 25.
