Did you know Chad Brownlee, Jess Moskaluke and Bobby Wills are playing shinny hockey with you on the When the Lights Go Down tour? Ok, with contest winners, but that could be you! We shot some footage of the St. Patrick’s Day Shinny Shenanigans at Toronto’s The Mod Club.
Just a little reminder there’s a one of a kind guitar made from 22 Sher-Wood Hockeys sticks being used throughout the tour across Canada. At the end of the tour, they’ll be auctioning it off with the proceeds supporting the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation. The auction opened at 12:00am Wednesday, March 4th when the tour kicked off and ends April 7th at 12:00am. Click here to bid.
Now, onto the VIP portion of this entry. Wondering what a When the Lights Go Down VIP upgrade really looks like? Wondering if it’s worth the extra $49.99? I’m here to tell you that it definitely is. You get into the venue early. You get to listen to sound check and you’ll hear songs that nobody else gets to hear. That’s right, a special performance, just for you. In Toronto, Bobby sang a spectacular rendition of Garth Brooks’, The River, with Chad and Jess singing back up vocals. It was pretty amazing.
Meet all of the artists, get photos, autographs, tour shirt, poster, mini hockey stick and puck and more. There are still VIP upgrades available for most of the remaining dates. Check the link for your upgrade.
And after the artists left the building… this happened.

In my opinion, all shinny should have banjo music playing in the background! Seriously why wouldn’t you get an upgrade?
