Rock supergroup The Winery Dogs played to a sold out crowd at The King Of Clubs in Columbus, Ohio Wednesday night.
The Winery Dogs feature lead vocalist and guitarist Richie Kotzen ( Poison and Mr. Big), bassist Billy Sheehan (David Lee Roth, Steve Vai, Mr. Big and Talas) and drummer Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater, Flying Colors, Sons of Apollo, Adrenaline Mob, Transatlantic and Neal Morse Band). With all that professional history and talent, these guys can really rock the house! This show was no exception.
The band hit the ground running with “Gaslight” and cranked out some fan favorites like “Captain Love”, “I’m No Angel” and “Elevate.” The setlist also featured plenty of tunes from their third album entitled III, released February 3rd of this year. Those songs include “Xanadu”, “Mad World”, “Breakthrough” and others.
If you’re into some straight up Rock n Roll with some classic rock attitude, extended guitar, bass and drum solos, this is definitely a band you don’t want to miss! Remaining dates below:
