Washboard Union a trio out of Vancouver, BC were in Toronto a couple weeks back and we thought it would be great to get them to do a Mason Jar Session. So we managed to track them down thanks to Mr. Caven and the fellas cranked out a couple songs for us.

It was about a year ago that I witnessed the talent of Meghan Patrick LIVE during Canadian Music Week at the Supermarket. Small intimate show with about 50 ppl in attendance or so. Johnny Reid Woo’s in Kitchener…
Monday night in Kitchener Johnny Reid brought the What Loves All About Tour to the Centre in The Square. Getting a chance to see Johnny in the beautiful venue was a treat as I think the last time I was in the venue was to see the Tragically hip 4 years ago. The 2,000 seat venue was packed for his second performance in as many nights in the city.

Looking back at 2015
At the end of last year I looked ahead to 2015 and made a bold prediction that it would be bigger with more interviews with bigger artists, more festivals, more events and more contests. I could never have predicted exactly how much bigger the year would actually be.
