So it has been a red hot summer thus far in terms of Festivals we have covered since June 1st.  Not just hot shows but the weather has been smokin’ for most of them.   I though I might take a shot at a mid summer festival recap and just do a quick review on where we have been so far in this jam filled summer of 2016.

So our friends over at Boots and hearts have put the line up together for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.   Which night are you most excited for this year?

Last night Valory Recording artist Brantley Gilbert brought his hard hittin’ brand of country to the “Big Smoke”.  Gilbert a native of Georgia has been just killin’ it on his cross Canada tour #KickItInThePit with Cory Marquardt opening all 6 shows from Vancouver to Toronto.

Have you ever turned on the radio and just got lost in a song? Sitting in traffic singing at the top of your lungs or just have that one song that puts you in a great mood.  Well, about 4 months ago I heard a song by a duo out of Nashville and I have been hooked on LoCash since.

Looks like some Mandatory Fun is on the schedule for this summer in Ottawa.  Weird Al Yankovic has July 19th set aside for RBC Royal Bank Ottawa Bluesfest on his website tour dates.
