After months of preparation and anticipation the Grey Cup Festival has finally arrived in Ottawa. The Grey Cup itself will make its arrival in the city tomorrow and the main events will kick off starting Thursday. Matthew Good and Our Lady Peace announce Cross Country Tour
Our Lady Peace and Matthew Good have announced that they will be co-headlining a 20 date Canadian tour next spring. Tickets and VIP packages for the tour will be available through both artists’ websites and fanclubs starting November 17th. The public on-sale starts November 24th. The dates with the two Canadian rock legends run from March 1,2018 through March 31 and bring them from coast to coast, with shows lined up from St. John’s to Vancouver.
Impact Wrestling slams down at Lansdowne Park for action packed week
Impact Wrestling is a Canadian professional wrestling promotion based in Toronto. Impact is viewed as the second-largest professional wrestling promotion in the United States after WWE. Catching a live Impact Wrestling event is sure to entertain everyone as it did last night in Ottawa. From bright lights to dramatic musical entrances and colorful costumes, the young and the young at heart were kept on the edge of their seats throughout the bouts.
Colin James, Kathleen Edwards and Cooper Brothers rock TD Place for Public Services
The Rock for Public Service had it’s Tenth Anniversary show last night filling the arena at TD Place raising money for CUPE 503. The free public show has in it’s 10 years showcased Canadian talent like Jim Cuddy and Randy Bachman. This year the shows audience got performances from Colin James, Kathleen Edwards and the Cooper Brothers. All donations from this show went to support the Ottawa Humane Society, which also happened to be the first recipient of the CUPE 503 showcase ten years ago.

World of Dance Electrifies O-town
Marketed as “the biggest dance competition in the world” World of Dance is an American reality dance competition series on NBC. The competition features 50 of the world’s best dancers and teams competing for a $1 million prize, with celebrity judges Jennifer Lopez, Derek Hough, Ne-Yo, and host Jenna Dewan-Tatum, the wife of Channing Tatum of Magic Mike fame for the ladies in the crowd. Throughout the 10-episode series, dancers from of all ages, backgrounds, and dance styles compete and are scored by the panel of judges.
