Today, the Cavendish Beach Music Festival, presented by Bell, is excited to announce record-setting, 4X AMA-winner Kane Brown will return as the second headliner for the 2023 festival.

Even though it was day three and many were running on little to no sleep, concert goers arrived early and brought the energy to the final day of CBMF 2022.

Day two of CBMF consisted of a heap of great music with a side of wind and pouring rain. Fans decked in rain ponchos braved the wet weather to take in artists on the main stage, while others took shelter under the tents of the Kitchen and Emerging Artists stages.

After a long two year hiatus, Cavendish Beach Music Festival is back in full swing and the fans couldn’t be happier. Country music enthusiasts from far and wide flocked to the sunny shores of Cavendish, Prince Edward Island for the sold out Thursday portion of the three day festival. With a main stage and two side stages, there is no shortage of music to be heard.

Year 9 and Cavendish Beach Music Festival is Stronger Than Ever
Day 1 of CBMF (Cavendish Beach Music Festival) started with a typical beautiful day on PEI. A gentle breeze cooled down the air a bit which was most welcome at the concert. You could literally feel the excitement of the fans even walking in from the parking lot. You KNOW it is going to be a great show when that happens. The grounds were alive with fans which was great to see earlier on in the day. There were over 20 acts in total and unfortunately we could not take them all in. The duo Scarlett Jane just released some additional dates to their fall tour. For those not familiar with the duo, It might be as Andrea Ramolo and Cindy Doire are stepping up to collect a prestigious award. Maybe they’ll be on a plane zipping towards their latest European tour. Or maybe it’ll come much, much later, while the pair is gleefully tossing back margaritas and baking their septuagenarian skin on a beach somewhere, recalling their glorious past.

Tuesday afternoon the “When the Lights Go Down” tour rolled into Toronto with Chad Brownlee, Jess Moskaluke and Bobby Wills ready to show the big city, a little country. I was so happy I’d booked the day off to cover the show at The Mod Club. St. Patrick’s Day and When the Lights Go Down tour, yes please!
