You know winter is drawing to a close when the big concert announcements start to come in. 2020 had it’s share of drive-in shows with star studded line-ups and it looks like 2021 is going to bring us much of the same, at least for the first part of the summer. The first big drive-in festival announced it’s lineup this morning featuring headliners David Boyd Janes, Kansas Stone and Jason McCoy.

Big Sky Music Festival sets the mood for country music at Burl’s Creek
As I left my house for the drive to the first ever Big Sky Music Festival at Burl’s Creek, which is also home to Boots and Hearts, the skies seemed to get darker as we got closer to the Great Lakes, would this inaugural event be a washout? Well once we finally arrived at Burl’s Creek the skies cleared and bright blue skies with no cloud in the sky paved the way for a perfect day.
