Over the last couple weeks I have seen a few top 10/20/25 songs of 2015 running around my Facebook / Twitter Pages.  I thought to myself,  I have listened to a boat load of music this year and should give you my top 21 Country Songs of 2015.   So here it is.  Oh… and please don’t be shy.  Follow us on Twitter & Facebook! Friday August 14th started a two day road trip for me. My first stop was to Stirling Ontario to see Deric Ruttan at the 157th Stirling Fair.

Well,  It was the last day of the bid weekend.  Most say they save the best for last.  It’s pretty tough to top Eric Church and Dallas Smith as headliners.   But when you get Thomas Rhett & Florida Georgia Line ya at least have a shot.   And lets just say these guys came to party.   I am a HUGE Thomas Rhett fan and have been for years (5 or 6 now at least) I can still remember seeing him take the stage in Chicago at Joe’s on Weed St.  Performing after Brad Paisley’s big Wrigley Field gig as the after party to maybe 300 people and then witnessing the show yesterday.

Well day #3 is in the books for Boots and Hearts.

Another AMAZING Day of music, interviews and meeting new friends.   I have to say the people who come to Boots and Hearts are pretty special people.  With over 40,000 people in attendance I have to hand it to Republic Live this experience in the new digs has been unbelievable.   From the fantastic lay of the land to the killer line up they have put together its just been an experience that any country music lover should take in.

Well for those of you that have been reading the site for the last year or so, you all know that I am a HUGE Eric Church fan.   To celebrate Eric playin’ north of the border for the largest country music festival in Canada Boots & Hearts I thought I would put a few of my favourite tracks from the artists hitting the stage today!

We are mere weeks away from the first ever WAYHOME Music & Arts Festival and only a month out from Canada’s largetst coungry festival the 4th annual Boots and Hearts Music Festival.  This year they have something in common.  A NEW HOME! 

So our friends over at Boots and Hearts today released there 3 day schedule.  Tell us what day you think is best?  We can’t wait for this thing to kick off…

So, the summer concert schedule is upon us and let me tell you if you LOVE live music you are going to really enjoy this summer.  I have put together a list of MUST SEE but heck, I only say they are must see because well I think they are pretty damn talented individuals as well.  I know we can’t hit them all.  But we know I am going to do my best 😉

We can now confirm that Kenny Chesney is bringing his Big Revival Tour to Ottawa on August 19.
