USS (Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker) came through Edmonton on June 3rd, 2022, and played their last show at Midway in part of their “Final FINAL Freakquency Tour”. I was lucky enough to shoot them when they played Together Again in the summer of 2021; I was not going to miss a chance to photograph them a second time.
Michael Bublé to bring his Higher tour to Canada this fall
Great news Bublé fans! The Grammy winning, multi-platinum superstar entertainer will bring his Higher tour home to Canada this fall. Travelling to 11 Canadian cities, the tour produced by Live Nation Canada, will start at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on Saturday, Oct. 1.
The Beaches – Doubleheader
Almost like they’ve been watching back-to-back hockey games, the 4 piece, Toronto-based, the all-girl band The Beaches set up shop for a doubleheader at Edmonton’s Midway in support of their 2021 EP: “Future Lovers”.

TORONTO – The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) announced today The JUNO Awards are heading back to Edmonton in 2023. The city, which is home to a vibrant medley of different cultures, attractions and natural beauty, will once again host Canada’s largest celebration of music and all JUNO Week festivities from March 6 to 12, 2023. The 52nd Annual JUNO Awards will broadcast live on CBC from Rogers Place on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
