Two Shine County – Mason Jar Session & Interview
So we had the chance to catch up with Daron & Dennis of Two Shine County while they were in Ontario earlier this month during the CCMA’s. The fellas have worked hard over the last couple years and were part of the CCMA Discovery program this year. We caught up with the boys at the Strut Social House during the week. Following an eventful weekend at the 2016 CCMA Awards, Dean Brody is set to release his sixth album, Beautiful Freakshow, on October 21.

The dust has finally settled and I almost feel back to normal. The week long CCMA Hangover has subsided and we have managed to put together some amazing photos from the night. Both Bill and James did a fantastic job of capturing the nights moments. Let’s kick things off with what James captured.

Dallas Smith cleans house at the 2015 BCCMA Awards
It was all Dallas Smith at the 38th annual BCCMA Awards held last night at the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam, B.C.. Dallas took home the award for all but one of the categories he was nominated for, and he wasn’t even present to accept them as he was celebrating Ottawa’s New Country 94’s first birthday in Ottawa.

Best of Canadian Country Music Celebrated in Halifax
The Maritimes went country over the last few days as the best of the best of Canadian country music invaded Halifax. The party started early in the week with numerous showcase events put on by various labels and agencies to help showcase their stars and rising stars and it all was capped off with the Canadian Country Music Association Awards, the final of which was held last night at the Scotiabank Centre and aired on CBC Television.
