The Ottawa Ice Dragon Boat Festival returns February 8th to 9th with free concerts from Bedouin Soundclash (8th) and Dear Rouge (9th) inside Dows Lake Pavilion. Regardless of the last minute announcement of the lineup this year, the third annual Hopped and Confused festival drew a fair amount of people to its grounds last weekend to enjoy great live music paired with delicious beer, cider and food.
