On the tails of completing the most successful North American run of their storied career, Queens of the Stone Age have confirmed a second Stateside installment of the 2018 Villains World Tour. The new dates will begin with a March 21 and 22, 2018 two night stand in San Diego, and run through the end of May, including an April 24 appearance at the Austin 360 Amphitheater—the first QOTSA Austin headline show since 2011 and first time in the area since Austin City Limits 2013. The expanded Villains 2018 campaign will also feature stops in New Orleans, Miami and additional dates in Canada where Villains lead single “The Way You Used To Do” has reigned steadily atop the Alternative, Modern Rock and CAR radio charts.
One Bad Son announce Canadian tour!
Canadian rockers One Bad Son took to Facebook this morning to announce that they’ll be hitting the road this fall for a Canadian tour in support of their new album Made in The Name of Rock N’ Roll, which comes out this October.
Def Leppard Announce North American Tour, no Ontario dates!
Fresh off winning their fan voted Classic Rock Magazine Album of the Year award, Def Leppard announce they will return to the road this spring for a three month run across North America. The Live Nation promoted outing will storm through cities across parts of the U.S. and Canada. This new leg of dates follows the group’s massive 70+ city 2016 tour and is set to kick off on April 8th in Manchester, NH and wrap on June 25th in Indianapolis, IN. CMW 2016 Hits The Dakota
Canadian Music Week 2016 is in full swing in Toronto. And man it’s pretty much all night, every night, at every venue in the T-dot. While Corey was over at the Phoenix, I hit up the Dakota Tavern to capture the action and here is my recap of what went down.
Scarlett Jane loaded for the road…
The duo Scarlett Jane just released some additional dates to their fall tour. For those not familiar with the duo, It might be as Andrea Ramolo and Cindy Doire are stepping up to collect a prestigious award. Maybe they’ll be on a plane zipping towards their latest European tour. Or maybe it’ll come much, much later, while the pair is gleefully tossing back margaritas and baking their septuagenarian skin on a beach somewhere, recalling their glorious past.
