In October it was announced that Metallica would headline Epicenter, Welcome to Rockville, Louder Than Life, Aftershock and Sonic Temple. Today the rest of the 2020 Sonic Temple lineup was announced with SlipKnot taking the remaining headline slot at the second annual festival in Columbus, OH.
Heavy MTL 2019 brings lineup full of surprises
Heavy MTL is back for another year of head swinging breakdowns, mass circle pits, and metal horns in the sky. Headlining the 2019 event will be Slayer (which has been known for quite some time) and Ghost, who are at the top of their game currently and will headline their only North American festival date this summer.

Killthrax II tour kicks off in Montreal.
People from all over Eastern Canada braved the freezing cold Montreal weather to see the metal monsters Anthrax and Killswitch Engage co-headlining show at MTelus on Thursday night. This was the first show of the “Killthrax II” tour that runs until March across North America.
