Sam Roberts Band are a Montreal-based touring rock band who after six JUNO Awards and five MuchMusic Video Awards, the band has implanted itself on the Canadian Music scene with ease.

Winners of the 2004 Best Album Juno Award for We Were Born In A Flame, Sam Roberts Band is an ideal choice for The Breakout Project thanks in large part to their universal, cross-disciplinary appeal. In a remarkable coincidence, the new album Terraform was recorded near Kingston, at The Tragically Hip’s studio, the Bathouse.

It is a perfect matching with The Breakout Project, because just like them, the album reaches high to become far greater than the sum of its individual elements.
