English musician, singer-songwriter, composer and co-founder of the progressive rock band Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, performed a sold out show at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto.
The show started with visuals, that were incredible. A big screen full with visuals and Roger Waters standing singing “Comfortably Numb” which transitioned into “The Happiest Days of Our Lives” and then “Another Brick in the Wall Parts 2 and 3.” The setlist was made of songs from Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall, and some Waters own songs. A new tune pique my interest; It’s called “The Bar”. Unfortunately I was not able to listen to it live so I’m going to see if I can find it somewhere else.
I have waited years to be able to photograph the legend that Roger Waters is and I wasn’t disappointed. His talent speaks for itself in each song. An incredible artist and an amazing show. Unfortunately due to last minute changes we weren’t able to review the entire show, But if the rest of the show was as amazing as the first 5 songs then I cannot recommend enough that you go see it.
Until the next time.
