“My very first headlining tour, and I couldn’t be more excited,” Robyn shares. “My songs have always been really personal to me and my life, but seeing them connect with audiences everywhere is like a deeper connection yet. I can’t wait to play these rooms and get to meet each and every one of the fans that come out.”
Tickets for all shows go on sale this Friday. Joining Ottolini on the Canadian dates will be rising singer/songwriter Owen Riegling.
Last month, Ottolini revealed details about the upcoming release of her eagerly awaited EP, Growing Up To Do. The six-track EP, featuring a collection of emotionally resonant and relatable songs, is set for release on October 27 via Empire (Pre-order/save HERE). About ROBYN OTTOLINI:
Robyn Ottolini makes music that will either piss you off or make you fall in love with her. Maybe a little bit of both. Raised in a small town outside of Toronto called Uxbridge, Ottolini has been treating songwriting like a diary since the age of 13. If she lives it, she’s gonna write about it. Her massive hit ‘F-150’ was a raw and relatable anthem that connected with a global audience of fans who sent the song to #4 on the Spotify US Viral 50 chart and #3 on Rolling Stone’s All Genre Trending chart. Not a bad way to get the last laugh on an ex that broke your heart. Robyn followed up ‘F-150” with a series of heartfelt and honest singles like “Trust Issues”, ‘Say It” and “Tell You Everything” that prove connection still feels personal, even after 100 million streams.
Robyn’s music ain’t 3 chords and the truth, it’s 3 chords and her truth. In every song you’re gonna hear a first-hand account of what it’s like to grow up, screw up, and straighten up. 2023 sees her set to release some of her most personal and self-reflective songs to date. The more she lives, the more she’s got to say. As honest on stage as she is off it, Robyn’s taking her truth on the road this summer as part of Shania Twain’s “Queen Of Me” tour, plus a string of additional shows and festivals. Whether you’re listening alone in your car, or sharing a moment with 20,000 of your friends, Robyn’s probably gonna make you laugh and she might make you cry, but she’ll always be singing her truth.
