Let’s make a difference in 2019! I’m putting together a campaign to raise awareness for mental health.

Too often we ignore the importance of mental health. Over 50% of people suffer with mental illness and don’t know how to ask for help.

I’ve chosen this campaign because I lost a close friend of mine last year to a battle of depression and no one knew what he was going through. There is always someone to reach out to that will have your back and support you!

I have come up with a new merch line for Written In Stone and all proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
