Over the past few months independent pop artist Meg Smith has been dropping songs from her recently released EP.  With Cool 4 U and Because Of Me being upbeat, sugary and fun songs you can crank up in the car and sing along with or dance around in your living room while Who Not To Love is a heartbreakingly beautiful song that anyone who’s ever experienced heartbreak will be able to listen to it and relate to.

Not too long before the EP had been released, Smith dropped Cross My Heart I Hope U Die. This track darker sounding track compared to her songs she released previously. It’s witchy, and fun and has already seen incredible success with over 100k streams on Spotify.

Meg Smith’s debut EP was released on September 4th 2020, and it contains five incredible songs. Including her previously released tracks and the title track  American in Paris.

We had the opportunity to chat with Meg on her EP, how COVID impacted her, how she defines her sound and who she is as an artist. You can listen to the full interview below, as well as her debut EP on Spotify.
