The Budweiser stage was definitely the place to be as Luke Bryan’s Sunset Repeat Tour took over Toronto this past Thursday evening.
I went from my day job straight to Bud Stage but did not get the chance to hear the first act of the night, Jon Langston, but I did make it in time for Cole Swindell as he was lighting up the stage. He also played one of my all time favourite songs called “You should be Here”, prior to the show a fan mentioned on Instagram that this song wouldn’t be in his set. Cole told the audience that from now on, this song will always be included in his set!
Cole Swindell sang “Old Town Road” in the middle of his set, that song got the ENTIRE CROWD singing! Cole’s performance was phenomenal, I can’t wait to see him again!
Between sets DJ ROCK took over and provided us with a great mix; while we waited for Luke Bryan to join us on stage!
Luke Bryan took the stage to a true country song called “What Makes You Country”! His energy fired up the crowd and his experience shone through in the connection he had with each person in attendance.
The environment at Bud Stage was electric and the crowd enthusiastically sang along with every song and was on their feet dancing all night long!
