Meghan Patrick was the first and only female solo artist to take to the main stage at this year’s Rockin River Music Festival in Merritt BC … and Sound Check Entertainment was granted exclusive access to the entire set from the photo pit.
She strutted out on stage playing harmonica in her “traditional outfit” “daisy duke” cut-off sorts, a classic band t-shirt, and cowboy boots.
There was so much energy coming from the crowd and it just kept building as her set progressed. She took some people from “I don’t know who she is, I’m just up front for The Chief” to “Holy sh*t she’s totally rad man!”
Meghan borrowed someone’s cowboy hat, jumped off the stage and onto the speakers to greet some in the audience and even sat down on the edge of the stage.
If it’s the opening acts “job” to get the crowd riled up and ready for the headliners, Meghan definitely did that for Luke Combs and Eric Church who took to the main stage after her.
Special thanks to Warner Music Canada for this opportunity, and thanks to Meghan for being an incredible subject! For more information on Meghan Patrick visit www.meghanpatrickmusic.com
