Adding to the excitement, the CCMA also announced the first round of performers for the 2022 CCMA Awards presented by TD today — Jade Eagleson, High Valley, Brett Kissel ft. 98°, MacKenzie Porter, Dallas Smith and Tenille Townes.
Presented by one of the CCMA’s longest-standing partner, Ford, the 2022 Ford F-150 Album of the Year category will see Don Amero (Nothing Is Meaningless), Gord Bamford (Diamonds In A Whiskey Glass), Jade Eagleson (Honkytonk Revival), Meghan Patrick (Heart On My Glass) and Tenille Townes (Masquerades) compete to take home the crown in one of the night’s most sought-after awards.
Chosen by country music lovers across Canada, the fan-driven Amazon Music and Alexa Fans’ Choice nominees were also announced today and included Tenille Arts, Dean Brody, Jade Eagleson, High Valley, James Barker Band, Brett Kissel, Tyler Joe Miller, Robyn Ottolini, Dallas Smith and Tenille Townes. Jade Eagleson, High Valley, Brett Kissel ft. 98°, MacKenzie Porter, Dallas Smith and Tenille Townes will bring Calgary’s iconic Scotiabank Saddledome stadium to life on Canada’s biggest night of country music.
