Our Lady Peace and Matthew Good have announced that they will be co-headlining a 20 date Canadian tour next spring.  Tickets and VIP packages for the tour will be available through both artists’ websites and fanclubs starting  November 17th. The public on-sale starts November 24^th.  The dates with the two Canadian rock legends run from March 1,2018 through March 31 and bring them from coast to coast, with shows lined up from St. John’s to Vancouver. 

We knew that something was coming at some point today, we didn’t expect to see it this early in the morning but we did. I giant full page newspaper ad sent to us by a reader shows Florida Georgia Line, Alan Jackson and Thomas Rhett as the 2018 Boots and Hearts headliners.

After a false start last week we believe a major Boots and Hearts lineup announcement is imminent and can come as soon as tomorrow (Thursday) morning.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of talking to Lauren Alaina mere days before her Canadian debut as part of Dallas Smith’s Side Effects tour. Over the course of the interview Lauren opened up about personal struggles after American Idol as well as the tragic events of Route 91 Harvest Festival. This was one of my favourite interviews and easily one of the most personal interviews I’ve ever done. 

Off the heels of a completely sold out Canadian Tour, Juno-nominated alternative rock band, The Glorious Sons, announce their homecoming show at the Rogers K-Rock Centre February 24, 2018. The band sold out all 19 dates of their cross-country tour including four nights at The Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto. The Glorious Sons have been touring in support of their recently-released sophomore album Young Beauties And Fools which came out October 13 through Blackbox/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. The album features the anthemic single “Everything Is Alright” which is just claimed the number one spot at Alternative radio, affirming this band’s place in the alternative world.

We’ve told you about the incredible concert series slated for this year’s Grey Cup Festival in Ottawa but wait, there’s more. What’s a Grey Cup festival without parties? Well with 9 teams in the Canadian Football League from all across Canada it’s fitting that there’s a party for everyone.

Canada’s Queen of Rock, platinum selling,  Juno and multiple award winner, Sass Jordan, will be in Canada this Fall/Winter on her ‘Racine Revisited Tour’ to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the release of her 1992 Sophomore album, ‘Racine,’ which made her an international success and produced some of the most memorable songs of the 90’s including: “Make You a Believer”, “I Want to Believe”, “You Don’t Have to Remind Me” and “Goin’ Back Again”.

Completed in an autobiographical format, Sass Jordan recounts her history through song and an interesting account of her personal experiences in the music industry. It was a great way to spend an evening.
