Cavendish Beach Music Festival Organizers Announce Cavendish Beach Drive-In Concert Series
CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI – Today, the organizers of the Cavendish Beach Music Festival presented by Bell are pleased to announce the Cavendish Beach Drive-In Concert Series. The Drive-In Series will be PEI’s first and only live drive-in music event. The event will take place at the Cavendish Beach Festival and Events Centre where attendees will enjoy live performances from a full lineup of local artists live on stage from the comfort and safety of their cars. The series will take place over four weekends in July and August.

If I had to pick a single performer that I’ve looked up to in my life Garth Brooks would be the one. Four years ago Garth came to Ottawa and I gave him a less than favourable review. I found the show a bit cheesy and over the top. Last night Garth pulled off something that I didn’t think could be done, united an entire continent with a massive drive-in concert simulcast.
