The Posse rocks Prescott after Loyalist Days
A Tradition Continues with The Posse
After a day spent outside at The Loyalist Days in Prescott, it was nice to sit back and be part of a continuation of a family tradition. Lucknow’s Music in the Fields closes out the Summer
We wrapped up our summer festival season this past weekend with Lucknow’s Music in the Fields takeover of Graceland in Lucknow Ontario. There is no denying that this home grown festival deserves some serious recognition for not only bringing stellar lineups year after year but also for their involvement in the beautiful community of Lucknow. The Lucknow Kinsmen are a non-profit community organization and all money raised by initiatives like Lucknow’s Music in the Fields goes right back into their community to support charities, hospitals, schools and other various community projects. Over the past 9 years the Lucknow Kinsmen have been able to donate over 1 million dollars back into their community. A small town festival with HUGE heart if you ask us!

Sold out room @ Toronto’s Bovine Sex Club for Joydrop
The Bovine Sex Club is a Toronto venue as unique as it’s name. The 26 year old venue has played host to members of countless different bands, of all different levels on fame. On this particular Friday, the sold out room was graced by a slew of Toronto native celebs, including Ian Thornley and Ron McLean. Anyone who was someone in the 90’s Toronto scene was there, and I was just happy to be part of the mix. It’s not every night that you get to see a reunion show in at a 150 person venue.
