The Festival of Small Halls is seeking community-based rural halls to host world-class folk, Celtic, and traditional concerts this September.
Kemptville is Hosting it’s First Live Music Festival
This just in… Tom Cochrane, The Road Hammers and Murray McLauchlan will be headlining The 1st Kemptville Live Music Festival. The brand new festival presented by The Finishing Touch Construction Inc. is three days of country, rock, blues, R&B, Folk and Roots Music. The festival runs July 24 – 26th and supporting acts include Steve Hill, Angel Forrest, Silver Creek, Brea Lawrenson, Valdy, Lynn Miles with Keith Glass, and Maria Hawkins. More acts will be added to the list as we get closer to the festival.

WayHome Festival 2015 Announcement UPDATE
So.. if your a fan of Indie music the new “Bonarooish” type festival was finally announced this evening at The Great Hall in Toronto. Partial Line Up is below.. BUT We will have the rest of it at 10AM tomorrow morning!
Republic Live will be hosting the Way Home Festival this July at Burl’s Creek Event Park with Kendrick Lamar, Modest Mouse, Alvvays, St. Vincent, Passion Pits, Timber Timbre, Run The Jewels, Future Islands, Odesza, Girl Talk, The Sheepdogs, Yukon Blonde, Cold War Kids along with Rural Alberta Advantage were announced tonight at a live event. For those braving the cold for over 2 hrs some lucky people are going for Free!

Ok Folks so I cold write a big long write up on how the press conference was and how excited everyone is… And trust me people are VERY excited for this event. And rightfully so it has some of the biggest names in music. So here is the list of artists always fun to listen to a groovy tune while you read right?
Oh and the folks over at Republic Live & AC Enterntainment aren’t done yet! They still have 30+ acts to announce. Who that is? Guess we will have to trust that the line up thus far is fantastic and only to get better!
