The Ottawa Ice Dragon Boat Festival returns February 8th to 9th with free concerts from Bedouin Soundclash (8th) and Dear Rouge (9th) inside Dows Lake Pavilion. The Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival returns June 21 to 24 for its 25th Anniversary. Highlighting this milestone are free concerts from Sam Roberts Band (21st), Broken Social Scene (22nd), Wintersleep and Hollerado (23rd), and Matt Mays (24th).
