It was a great start to the day with the first full day of Ram Rodeo action in the rodeo ring. The stands were full and everyone had a blast. Weather was moving in for the evening but it didn’t seem to deter the fans that were busy streaming into the venue to get a spot close to the stage.

Kendrick Lamar Headlines Day 2 of WayHome Arts and Music Festival
Today I attended my first hip hop show. Thanks to WayHome and thank you Kendrick Lamar, tonight, you touched me and I wasn’t alone. The 30,000 plus crowd who gathered for the show were feeling it too. We waited patiently for Kendrick to take the stage and take it, he did. The crowd was putty in his hands from the second he stepped on stage, and he knew it.
Tim Hicks brings the party back to Spencerville
It was the fall of 2014 we were approached by the folks at the Spencerville Stampede asking if we’d be interested in working with them on their 2015 entertainment lineup. The Story of Dear Rouge
It was February 2015 and my step son called me asking if there was any way I could try and get him or win him tickets to see a band called Dear Rouge at the Ritual Nightclub the following month. The show was a win your way in promotion being put on by the folks at Live 88.5. At the time I had not heard of Dear Rouge so I decided I’d check them out, from the first song I listened to I was instantly a fan and knew I had to interview them to get to know them and the story behind their music a bit better.
Hangin’ with Andy Grammer…
Odds are if you have a car with a working radio you’ve heard Andy Grammer’s hit single, “Honey I’m Good.” But Andy’s musical depth and agility show that he’s no one trick pony and you’ll be hearing a lot more from this multi-talented singer-songwriter in the future. Recently I had the pleasure of having what Andy appropriately called “Not an interview, but a hang” at the Rivoli in Toronto.
