WTfest was back for its second year. This year, Jamie and his gang were presented with picture perfect weather for what was to become a legendary show in the home city of the, “Great One”, Brantford ON.

Well, wasn’t that a night! Luke Bryan returned to Ontario for the first of two sold out shows at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre Friday night and he delivered in spades. The Kill The Lights Tour absolutely did kill it.
Jason Blaine Honky Tonkin’ & Golfin’ for Charity…
For the 3rd year in a row, Jason Blaine, hit a home run (wrong sport… hole in one?) with his annual Celebrity Classic Charity Golf Tournament. This year’s installment, held in his hometown of Pembroke, raised over $80,000 for local charities including Algonquin College, The Boys and Girls Club, and The Salvation Army.

Soon she made moves to become a vocalist and began to achieve success in several talent competitions – once winning the opportunity to open for the Neverending White Lights when she was just 16 years old.

I Mother Earth & Edwin Rock the Phoenix
So, I didn’t really want to say I Mother Earth with Edwin as my headline because well, I Mother Earth isn’t I Mother Earth without him in my personal opinion. Now that that is out of the way lets talk Reunion show #1 held at the Phoenix Concert Theatre in downtown Toronto on Friday June the 3rd. It was a smokin’ hot night outside and the boys of I Mother Earth only raised the temperature inside to almost boiling as they rocked through a 120 min long set.

Dan + Shay dropped their new album Obsessed last Friday. I had a chance to catch up with them last week while they were in Toronto on a promo tour. The last time the boys were in town was when they played The Mod Club with Canaan Smith back in April of 2015. I can remember that show and thinking there may have been 10 guys in the sold out club that night. Fast forward 13 months and the they a new album and a boat load of summer festival dates lined up.
