Eldredge soon returned to the stage to sing his own rendition of a classic Elvis Christmas song, “Blue Christmas”. Following that to close off the night, Brett Eldredge did something absolutely incredible. Eldredge stepped away from the microphone, unplugged his headphones and walked to the front of the stage. He then proceeded to talk to the audience without a microphone. His voice had echoed through the venue as he talked about how a melody is important, though lyrics are too. Eldredge then explained to the audience that for his final song of the night, he wanted to sing to the audience acapella and without a microphone. He then proceeded to do just that with “The First Noel”.

Now, it is one thing for an artist to sing a capella into a microphone or on a record. Though to be able to do so without a microphone, takes pure, raw talent. The control and power in Eldredge’s voice is just jaw-dropping. It takes an immense amount of talent to be able to project your voice, to a whole theatre full of people.

Eldredge has 4 more sold out dates left on the Glow Live Tour, with stops in Chicago, New York and two in Nashville.
