Big Wreck brought their But For The Sun tour to the packed Music Hall Concert Theatre in Oshawa.
The night opened with an energetic performance by Texas king. The band immediately grabbed the attention of the crowd and was able to maintain it for their entire set. They put on a truly rock & roll performance with powerful lead vocals and a strong stage presence that keep surprising.
After a short break when Texas king finished their set, Big Wreck came out. Big Wreck, while not the flashiest band, the raw musical talent they have is immense. Frontman Ian Thornley belted out impressive vocal runs and delivered powerful guitar solos. The crowd screamed every word to both the new songs and the classics and were thoroughly invested in the entire set.
Big Wreck is a band that delivers a strong performance and is definitely worth seeing live.
