Ja Rule, TLC, and a crazy set by Grandson were the highlights on the eve of the last day of RBC Ottawa Bluesfest 2022 edition.

The second day of Bluesfest was dedicated to those who sought to chill with Jack Johnson headlining and Tash Sultana stealing the show for many.

RBC Ottawa Bluesfest gave its long-waiting faithful what they’ve been waiting for for years with a return to Lebreton Flats and a jam packed night of entertaining performances.

This year marks the 155th anniversary of our nation and also the return to a live show in the capital after a few long years of pandemic restrictions!

Charlotte Cardin was the most-nominated artist at the 2022 Juno Awards, receiving nods for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Pop Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Video of the Year, as well as the coveted Fan Choice Award. She sold out Ottawa’s Southam Hall for two nights and we were there to enjoy it.

Synchro Anarchy is the fifteenth studio album, and nineteenth release overall, by Canadian heavy metal legends Voivod, The band brought the magic back to the Bronson Centre on Thursday night along with friends Year of the Cobra and Sunset Hate.

CIMAFUNK IS IN DA HOUSE!! QUE BOLA ACERE!! The funnest band we’ve seen perform live in a long time, Cimafunk played Orleans’ Shenkman Arts Centre last night and we were there!

Gordon Sumner, aka Sting, and his eldest son Joe Sumner serenaded an appreciative crowd in Ottawa last night and we were there to soak it all in!

Live music has returned to Orleans, Ontario by way of a foot stompin’ performance by The Washboard Union with special guest Raquel Cole.
