Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness (AMITW) brought the Hello Gone Days Tour to the outdoor stage at Kemba Live! in Columbus Ohio on Monday night. Die-hard fans were stretched across the front row barricade, singing their hearts out from the very beginning, trying to catch Andrew’s eye and be acknowledged. And acknowledged they were as Andrew, the consumate frontman that he is, had his piano front and center so he could perform up close and personal.
I have had a lifelong passion for photography. I love capturing the the intensity of live performances and have been photographing concerts off and on since high school. I have been a part of the Sound Check Entertainment Media group covering the local and regional concerts and festivals in Ohio and the surrounding states since May of 2019.

The venue was packed all the way up into the balcony with plenty of moshing on the floor. Exodus even invited a young girl from the front row to come on stage and play for a bit on one of their guitars. The crowd, as anticipated, went wild!
All in all it was quite the shred fest with an all-ages crowd enjoying the concert by three great metal heavyweights.

Austin-based, Toronto-born Black Pistol Fire performed a fiery guitar-driven set at the A&R Music Bar in Columbus, Ohio on Tuesday night. The band consists of just 2 guys – Kevin McKeown (guitar/lead vocals) and Eric Owen (drums) who create the power and fury of a full band live. Their sound is a mix of classic Southern rock, punk rock and blues.
